SofiaSante is developing a new generation of metabolic and supportive-care therapeutics designed around efficacy, durability, tolerability, and patient convenience.

Our lead obesity program is a compact non-GLP-1 linear peptide therapeutic, fewer than 40 amino acids long, designed to engage four obesity-relevant receptor systems selected from validated metabolic biology. The program is intended to pursue competitive weight-loss efficacy while improving tolerability, durability, and long-term treatment usability, subject to experimental validation.
